Description

An old, popular fun type of clock is one that doesn't tell you the exact time, but more like the approximate time. In a word, fuzzy. This idea was first seen as an option on an old Linux distro that I used many years ago. And I always thought it was a funny idea. Besides, it's how people really talk. No one ever tells you the exact time, down to the second, or even the minute. They usually round it to the nearest 15 minutes. That's what this program does.
