As a child of the 1980s, I ate that decade's influence up. My design philosophy feels like a sports car on a late-night drive: the dashboard glowing in neon while the world outside blurs into streaks of color. This work sits right at the edge of the analog-digital divide, where physical switches coexist with early pixel displays. Inspired by the "Signals 1982" era of Rush, I channel the tension between analog craft and the synth age through bricohen.com and my YouTube channel, "Surreal SQL." I bring the same engineering precision found in my work as a Senior SQL Engineer and author of "Real SQL Queries" to create atmospheric, minimalist digital environments that honor the technology of the past while building for the future.
